5. If you are approved, CONGRATULATIONS! (Keep in mind, others may be competing for the same mobile home.)

Financing works like this:
Monthly payment is negotiable.
You name the payment amount, we try to meet you needs.
There is a down payment. How much can you put down? (Down payment Does Not include first month rent payment)
There is an application process. We run a background check on employment, criminal, financial, eviction history, and credit score.
Credit score has the least impact on approval.

From the main menu:
Click on Rent to Own/Owner Finance, then click on Rent to Own Application.
(Allow approximately 5 days to learn if your application was approved.)

Included in your rent payment typically will be:
Mobile Home Payment
Lot Rent
Taxes
Insurance

So, please remember: Your entire monthly rent payment IS NOT APPLIED to the mobile home.
